Tru-Weld has been manufacturing weld studs since 1959 and today is one of the largest suppliers of weld studs
in the world. We qualify our entire weld stud line to domestic and international standards to include;
American Welding Society (AWS) D1.1, D1.5, D1.6, ISO 13918, British Standards BS5400, (BS5950) Din and EN
1002-1. We are also certified and approved by the International Code Council (ICC), Canadian Welding Bureau (CWB) and customer approved to the Nuclear Quality Assurance standard (ASME NQA-1). Tru-Weld has annual independently certified manufacturers weld base qualifications certifications on file for customer distribution.
Tru-Weld produces a full line of concrete anchors, shear connects, deformed bar anchors, threaded studs, and PSR studs in Medina, Ohio. We use only the highest quality domestic low carbon raw material both melted and manufactured in the USA. Our in-house, full service tool room supports our manufacturing process, which assures tooling accuracy to produce the highest quality products and provide our customers with quick response time for non-standard sizes. We have numerous cold-forming machines to meet customer demands for the complete variety of product required at any time. To ensure our customers the total quality in their stud welding requirements; we produce our own ceramic ferrules, which have an important function in the successful installation of the stud welded fastener. We also produce our own Tru-Weld line of stud welding equipment and accessories for one source convenience to our customers.
